This warming beverage is my secret to staying satisfied and knocking any sugar cravings. A little dose of good quality fat from the coconut oil, a hint of chocolate from the cacao and a hint of sweetness from the Nuvia Sweetener, you won’t believe this delish drink is totally sugar free. I love to have this instead of a coffee some mornings, or if I’m feeling it, sometimes I’ll add a shot of espresso into this – seriously decadent!
COCONUT HOT CHOCOLATE

INGREDIENTS
- 2 teaspoons raw cacao powder
- 1–2 sachets Nuvia Sweetener
- 2 teaspoons coconut oil
- 250ml coconut milk
METHOD
- 1. Combine cacao, Nuvia Sweetener and coconut oil and a mug with two tablespoons of hot water. Mix until no lumps remain.
- 2. Gently heat coconut milk in a small saucepan over a low heat and pour into the mug. Dust with a little extra cacao and enjoy!
